Mission Hills Sport & Eco Park Opens to Public

After a year of preparation, the Mission Hills Sport & Eco Park will officially open on June 20. During the first five months of its trial operations, the park received over 150,000 visitors from the Pearl River Delta region, mostly consisting of families, tour groups and self-driving tourists.

The Sport & Eco Park is fully-equipped with integrated leisure facilities, such as a Swedish-imported, large open-air children’s castle, carousel, children’s zip line, botanical garden, ecological display area, children’s putting green, archery, cycling, basketball, football, beach volleyball court, BBQ, CS war game battlefield, jungle exploration, rockclimbing and team building games, leading the natural and healthy leisure and sports trend.

Mission Hills has also set up a world-renowned Tennis Center within the Sport & Eco Park, with 25 tournament-level tennis courts in line with the provisions of the International Tennis Federation, including 15 ordinary hard courts, 4 concrete hard courts, 5 acrylic courts, and one 3000-seat central tennis court. In 2015, Asia’s longest cross-country mountain bike track was completed. The whole track is about 10 kilometers long and three meters wide. It is not only a venue for professional mountain bike competitions, but some of its low-risk areas are also available for experienced visitors to enjoy cycling and have fun. There is also a public driving range with more than 80 driving ranges, four coaching areas, and a short game area with two putting greens.
